Terms of Service
Effective date: July 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of the websites, software, and services provided by VISTA Interface LLC ("VISTA," "we," "us") — including vistainterface.com and its subdomains, the VISTA platform used by medical-aesthetics businesses, the VISTA Connect mobile app used by medspa clients, and our text-messaging program. By using any of these, you agree to these terms.
1. Who the services are for
VISTA provides business software to medical-aesthetics practices ("medspas") and, through them, to their clients. Your medspa remains responsible for the services it provides to you; VISTA supplies the technology (scheduling, records, payments, communication). Nothing in the services is medical advice from VISTA.
2. Accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential and current. You're responsible for activity under your account. Business customers are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for having the right to enter data (including client records) into the platform.
3. Text messaging program (SMS)
Program description: VISTA sends text messages on behalf of participating medspas to their clients who have opted in — appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking updates, occasional review requests, and replies to conversations you start ("customer care"). Messages are sent from your medspa's dedicated texting number.
- Opt-in: you consent when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text updates while booking with a participating medspa (online or in person). Consent is not a condition of purchase. - Message frequency varies by your appointment activity and your medspa's settings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll stop receiving texts immediately. Reply START to re-subscribe.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, contact your medspa directly, or visit our Support page.
- Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Payments
Payments made through the services (deposits, treatments, memberships, packages, gift cards) are processed by Stripe on behalf of your medspa. Refunds, cancellation windows, and late-cancellation or no-show fees are set by your medspa's policies, which are shown to you when you book.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the services — no unlawful use, no attempts to access other tenants' data, no interference with the platform's operation.
- Don't use the messaging features to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.
- Business customers must honor client opt-outs and applicable communications laws.
6. Content and data
Your medspa owns the client and business records it maintains in the platform. VISTA processes that data to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant VISTA the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the services.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the services available and secure, but they are provided "as is" and "as available." We may update features over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VISTA disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VISTA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts paid to VISTA for the services in the twelve months before the claim arose (or $100 if you have not paid us).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
10. Changes
We'll post changes to these terms here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the services. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
