VISTA Connect app (medspa clients)
Using the VISTA Connect app to book, shop, or message your medspa? Most questions about appointments, purchases, memberships, gift cards, and treatment details are fastest to resolve with your medspa directly — use the Messages tab in the app to reach their front desk.
- Sign-in help: use the phone number your medspa has on file. If codes aren't arriving, tap "Use email & password" on the sign-in screen or ask your medspa to resend an invite.
- Notifications: manage them in Account → Profile, or in your device settings.
- Delete your account: Account → Delete account in the app. Your medspa retains the records it's legally required to keep.
- App problems: email contact@vistainterface.com with your device model and a description — we respond within one business day.
Medspa businesses (VISTA platform)
