Text Messaging Program & Opt-In
Last updated: July 10, 2026
VISTA Interface LLC ("VISTA") provides scheduling and client-communication software to independent medical-aesthetics businesses ("medspas"). On a participating medspa's behalf, VISTA sends SMS text messages to that medspa's own clients — for example, appointment reminders, confirmations, and account updates. This page explains exactly how a client opts in, what the consent language says, and how to get help or stop messages at any time.
How clients opt in
A client provides express written consent to receive text messages in one of two ways:
- Online, during booking. When a client books online through their medspa's VISTA-powered booking page and creates an account, they enter their mobile number and check the consent box shown below. The box is unchecked by default — the client must actively check it to opt in.
- In person, at the medspa. During intake at the medspa, staff record the client's mobile number and SMS consent on the client's profile only after the client agrees, using the same disclosure language.
The opt-in a client sees
Below is a representative reproduction of the sign-up form and the exact consent language presented at the point of opt-in. (Each medspa's booking page is branded to that business; "[Medspa Name]" is replaced with the specific business's name.)
Representative example — the consent box is unchecked by default and the client must actively check it to opt in.
What messages clients receive
These are account-related and transactional messages from the client's own medspa. Examples:
Message frequency, rates, help & opt-out
- Message frequency varies by client and by the appointments and orders a client has with their medspa.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on the client's mobile carrier and plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. Messages stop immediately. Reply START to re-subscribe.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, contact the medspa directly, or visit our Support page.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
